Our agency recently secured the contract to conceptualise and implement the social media strategy for real estate agency, Property Boutique. Based in Dubai, Property Boutique specialises in residential sales, leasing, investments and new developments with services tailored to fulfill the needs of buyers, sellers, landlords, investors and developers. As I had worked in London for Zoomf (UK's first ever property search engine), I have an understanding of the challenges that face real estate agencies and how an effective social media strategy can set them apart from their competitors.
In order to create an effective social media strategy for Property Boutique, we focused on exploring, researching, conceptualising, and compiling the following as part of the overall strategy presentation:
Regional social media statistics relevant to the industry (in relation to the real estate industry in the UAE)
Goals, objectives, target market & scuccess criteria of the social media strategy
Exploration and recommendation of social media platforms and targeted ways of utilising them to reach objectives
Exploration and recommendation of content strategies for each specific social media channels
Recommended targets & KPIs for the specific social media platforms, including regional benchmarking data
- Suggested measurement processes & recommended online tools for measuring success and effectiveness of social media work
The final document was a beautifully designed and branded social media strategy that focused on three core social media platforms and a specific content strategy for each platform.
