Building MVP for FinTech client

Project: To develop the prototype architecture, solution functionalities, technology requirements & ultimately build the MVP solution for a FinTech supply chain startup launching in the UK. B2B startup aimed at simplifying supply chain payments and minimising trade fraud.

Focus was on building a transparent solution that is scalable to sustain hundreds of users enabling them to control data and perform trusted transactions and immediately to react to any possible intrusion into the system.

Results - Part 1 (ongoing project): Finalised key application (QR code generator) & technology requirements (FlutterFlow & Firebase), prototype architecture & work management tool development.

Building an application that verifies the authenticity of shipping documents, with a focus on international shipping.

The application will consist of three components:

1. A mobile application developed on FlutterFlow, a no-code app development solution.

2. A web-based version of the application, which will be written in React, a Javascript framework.

3. An administrator’s console, also written in React, will be used by administrator to manage the entire application.

The primary function of the application will be to ensure that no fraudulent documents are introduced into the transaction at any point.
